Flagler County Fire Rescue currently has 6 full time rescues/ ambulances and often staffs up to two additional units for special events. FCFR protects and serves a population of approximately 95,696 over 571 square miles. Last year the FCFR ran 12,500 call, and 6,250 year to date. On average Flagler County performs 60-100 endotracheal intubations per year. Thus far, within the current fiscal year, 25 intubations were executed with a 92% success rate. There were 23 first pass successful intubations and 2 unsuccessful where a secondary airway was then used.
